Professional Outreach Counseling Services-PC provides a comprehensive Specialty Outpatient Services addressing domestic violence, substance abuse reduction, homelessness prevention, medication monitoring, marriage and family issues, sexual abuse and physical abuse counseling, psychological testing, and mental health counseling to residents in Wayne, Washtenaw, and Oakland counties.
